Phone numbers are retained only as long as they are actively enrolled in the SMS alert service. When a user opts out by texting STOP, their phone number is removed from the active recipient list.
Assignment and grade data is refreshed periodically and only the most recent data is retained.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All credentials and phone numbers are stored securely on a private server with restricted access.
